Rental terms at a glance
Know before you ride.
These website terms are a plain-language booking summary. The signed quotation, condition report, indemnity and full rental agreement govern the final booking.
Rider eligibility and documents
Riders must be at least 21 for the listed fleet, hold a valid unrestricted motorcycle licence or accepted foreign equivalent, provide the required passport or identity document, and have at least two years of active riding experience. A specific motorcycle may carry additional requirements.
Rates, deposits and payment
Rates are per calendar day in rand. A refundable security deposit is pre-authorised before handover. No booking is confirmed until written confirmation, required documents and payment are accepted.
Mileage, fuel and late return
Rentals of 1-6 days include 300 km per day. Excess is R6.50 per kilometre. Rentals of 7 days or longer include unlimited kilometres, subject to the agreement. Fuel is full-to-full and a R250 refuelling service fee applies when required.
Permitted use and cross-border travel
Only approved riders may operate the bike. Racing, track use, reckless or unlawful riding, riding under the influence, sub-rental and unapproved off-road use are prohibited. Cross-border travel needs prior written consent and the stated R1,500 authorisation permit.
Damage, theft and incident reporting
Responsibility for loss or damage, applicable deposits, exclusions and incident procedures are set out in the signed rental agreement. Damage, theft or accidents must be reported immediately and any required police report must be completed.
Tours, cancellations and changes
An online request is not a reservation. Availability, inclusions, cancellation charges and refund conditions are supplied in the written quotation before payment. Routes may change for safety, weather, closures or events. Consumer rights remain protected.
Personal information
Booking details are used to answer the enquiry, confirm identity and licence requirements, prepare the quotation and manage the rental or tour. Information must be protected and processed for these purposes in line with POPIA. Marketing permission is separate.

Is my booking confirmed when I submit the form?
No. It starts an availability request. The team confirms the motorcycle, dates, documents, quotation, agreement and deposit.
Can I join if I do not ride?
Yes. Request a chauffeured passenger ride with an experienced rider.
Can you plan a custom route?
Yes. Share your dates, group, experience, preferred roads and must-see stops.
Is riding gear available?
Gear is available by request and subject to size and stock. Confirm requirements before arrival.
Can a backup vehicle join the tour?
Selected tours can include support for luggage, refreshments and assistance. It is quoted separately.
Are tolls and attraction fees included?
Only when listed in the written quotation. Tolls, park fees, meals and activities may be additional.
